What we collect

For prospective customers: publicly available business information (business name, website address, publicly listed phone, email, and address) gathered to evaluate and, where relevant, contact your business about our service.

For customers: your contact and billing details, the business content you give us to publish, and standard technical logs from hosting your site.

For visitors to customer sites: standard server logs (IP, user agent, pages viewed) used for security and performance. We do not sell visitor data or run third-party ad trackers on hosted sites.

How we use it

To operate and support hosted websites, to bill subscriptions, and to send business-to-business outreach about our service. Every outreach email includes a working unsubscribe link; opting out adds you to a permanent suppression list we check before any send.

Sharing

We share data only with the vendors required to run the service (hosting, database, payment processing, email delivery), each bound by their own privacy obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Preview sites and their associated data are deleted automatically after 30 days if unclaimed. Suppression-list entries are kept permanently (that's what makes the opt-out stick). Customer data is deleted within 90 days of account closure, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.
