Terms of Service

1. The service

SiteRenew designs, builds, and hosts websites for small businesses on a subscription basis. Your subscription includes hosting, an SSL certificate, ongoing maintenance, and one to two small content updates per month (text, hours, photos, prices). Larger changes — new pages, redesigns, new features — are quoted separately, starting at $95.

2. Pricing and term

The service is $129 per month with a 6-month minimum commitment, billed monthly. After the minimum term you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

3. Ownership

Your domain name is yours, always. We never register, hold, or transfer customer domains into our ownership; we only configure DNS you control (or assist you in doing so).

The website design, code, and templates remain the property of SiteRenew while you are a subscriber. Your business content — your name, logo, photos you provide, and text about your business — remains yours.

If you cancel, the hosted site comes down at the end of your billing period. You may optionally purchase a full export of your site to host elsewhere; ask us for current buy-out pricing.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of business information on your site (services, prices, hours, licensing claims) and warrant that content you provide does not infringe anyone's rights. We will correct factual errors promptly when you tell us about them.

5. Preview sites

Before you become a customer, we may build a concept preview of a redesigned website for your business. Previews are unlisted, hidden from search engines, clearly labeled as SiteRenew concepts, and automatically deleted after 30 days. If you want a preview taken down sooner, email hello@siterenew.ai and it will be removed within 24 hours.

6. Uptime and support

Sites are hosted on enterprise infrastructure with a target availability of 99.9%. Small content updates are typically completed within one business day. We are not liable for losses caused by outages of upstream providers, though we will always work to restore service promptly.

7. Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment (after notice and a 14-day grace period) or for content that is unlawful or materially misrepresents your business. If we terminate for our own convenience, we will refund any unused portion of the current billing period and waive any remaining minimum term.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the notice period is acceptance. Questions? hello@siterenew.ai.
